How to take care for a table made with epoxy resin?

Epoxy resin is an excellent binder for various materials. The resin is quite resistant to scratches - nevertheless, each table is coated with 3 layers of hard lacquer, which is used wherever there is a high probability of scratches, spills of household chemicals, alcohol, etc. Depending on the finish of the tabletop, there are several aspects to consider.

For a table that is entirely coated with lacquer, ideal cleaning agents include a microfiber cloth and any household products that DO NOT CONTAIN ALCOHOL. After several years of use (depending on the intensity of table usage), there may be a need to refresh its appearance. This is a very simple procedure. You will need 2 microfiber cloths and finishing polishing paste. Apply a small amount of paste to the cloth and evenly rub it in with circular motions. Then, using a dry cloth, remove excess paste and polish the surface with circular motions until the desired effect is achieved. Upon request, we can cover the entire tabletop with PPF film, which has self-regenerating properties. This applies only to tabletops entirely coated with lacquer.

When we have a table coated with oil/wax/oil-wax finish.

Every piece of furniture finished in this way requires a bit more involvement. The natural wood structure is palpable under the fingers, which fully reflects the beauty of this material. The oils and oil-waxes I use have excellent protective properties, but we must make sure to regularly remove spilled coffee, alcohol, etc. A very important aspect is not to place hot dishes directly on the tabletop. From experience, I know that every tabletop finished with oil/oil-wax requires the application of a fresh layer every 3-4 years. There is no need to worry. For each table, I provide detailed instructions on what to do to keep it beautiful for decades. :)
